Shaun Marcus

Shaun began his career in 2005 with Ryan Carlisle Thomas. Over the course of the next decade, he worked diligently across a number of notable litigation matters, with special focus on WorkCover Claims, TAC Accidents and Asbestos claims, including Mesothelioma and asbestosis illnesses.

After a number of years of solid success within RCT, in 2016 Shaun aspired to make a change, and accordingly began a new role with Arnold Dallas McPherson in 2016. Today an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law, Shaun’s time with ADM has further illustrated his particular expertise in maximising the benefits available to those injured at work or in car accidents from WorkSafe Victoria and the TAC.

Across this wider career,  Shaun has instructed Counsel in litigation before the Supreme Court, County Court and Magistrates‘ Court; overseen the care and conduct of 1000’s of personal injury law files, comprising no-fault and common law TAC, WorkCover, Asbestos and Public Liability matters.

Commensurate with his experience, Shaun has also made extensive contribution to the reform of Personal Injury Laws in Victoria so as to better meet and serve claimants needs. He is also a proud member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance and Law Institute of Victoria and a current member of the WorkCover Advisory Committee, appointed by the Minister for Finance Hon Robin Scott MP.
